Volt CX220.1 8" Coaxial
Volt CX220.1 is an 8ohm coaxial unit with integral crossover and a ferrofluid cooled 28mm dome tweeter. The bass-midrange system features a symmetrical field magnet, dual rear suspensions and a critically doped surround for low colouration and linearity. The tweeter has a Neodymium magnet for efficiency and power handling. A foam disc behind the tweeter flange minimises diffraction problems and gives a wide, smooth off axis response.
The entire tweeter assembly is field replaceable. Thiele-Small parameters are optimised for use in compact enclosures.
Available in 4 &16 ohms impedance to Special Order.
