SEAS A26RE4 H1411-08 Woofer, 25F-EW replacement, Prestige Series

SEAS A26RE4 H1411-08, superb classic woofer, new version of the Dynaco A25 25F-EW woofer (requires adaptation).

One of the best “classic” woofers presently being produced, the undercoated paper cone, matching natural rubber surround and 4-layer voice coil work perfectly together and give a smooth controlled non-resonant 2000Hz rolloff, meaning crossover design can be reduced to a minimum.

Injection-moulded stiff metal basket with large windows above and below the spider significantly reduce sound reflection, air flow noise and cavity resonance.

Depending on budget, this woofer blends superbly with either the SEAS 27TDFC H1189 tweeter or the SEAS X3-06 T35 Exotic mid/tweeter.

For the Dynaco A25, Seas no longer make a 25cm frame and now use a 26cm frame. This new woofer will therefore not drop-in fit in the Dynaco A25 speaker, but is a really outstanding replacement if the cabinet is routed out.
