Seas W22NY003 E0097-08 Woofer - Excel Series

Seas W22NY003 E0097 Woofer is the newest Seas Excel Woofer with a 8.5" Nextel coated paper cone, extra rear coating, Fs 21Hz, 89bD, XMax p-p 34mm, adaptive rubber surround, FEA Optimised Magnet System and 39mm Titanium coil former.

The all new FEA Optimised Magnet System with a bumped back plate combined with a very long light weight 39mm copper clad aluminum voice coil gives superb excursion (Xmax 34mm p/p) , low distortion and excellent transient responses.

Heavy copper rings mounted above and below the T-shaped pole piece significantly reduce non-linear and modulation distortion and increase overload margin. The unique adaptive rubber surround reduces radial resonances and prevents surround break up at large excursions. Low mechanical and electromagnetic damping ensure high quality reproduction of even the finest micro details in music

Gold plated terminals mounted on a glassfibre reinforced plate reduce contact resistance and improve reliability.
