Scanspeak D3404/552000 ELLIPTICOR Tweeter, a design "first", the first tweeter of Scanspeak's outstanding new Ellipticor Range. Stunning new design moving away from the long tradition of circular motor structures and their inherent breakup behavior - one of its key features is an elliptical 28/39mm voice coil and magnet gap giving superb vocal rendition and excellent imaging. Very low distortion, excellent transient response. 6 mounting holes hidden by interchangeable cover. Low Fs, rear chamber design that eliminates reflections and resonances.
This tweeter features the SD Air-Circ symmetric drive motor system. Excellent wide dispersion from the elliptical surround.
