Seas XM011-08 L22ROY2 8" WOOFER

The New L22ROY is an 8" woofer, intended for 3-way systems, closed box and transmission line designs. With an extremely stiff aluminium cone, it produces excellent smooth bass.

Featuring a 2” diameter high power titanium voice coil former with a long copper winding, large rubber surround/textile spider allow for outstanding linear excursion, very low mechanical damping. XMax+/-11.5mm

Large FEA optimised magnet system, vented pole piece with lower Cu ring and upper Al ring for excellent linearity, high power handling and low distortion. The stiff and stable injection moulded metal basket keeps the critical components in perfect alignment. Large windows in the basket both above and below the spider reduce sound reflection, air flow noise and cavity resonance.
