Rogers AB1 LS3/5a sub-woofer Crossover Kit

Rogers AB1 LS3/5a Sub-Woofer system Crossover kit. After numerous requests, Falcon is pleased to offer a Crossover kit for the AB1 sub-woofer system to be used in conjunction with the LS3/5a. The kit is available in 3 versions, with either Alcap electrolytics plus with a 4.7uF Solen Polypropylene bridging capacitor, or matched sets of Solen capacitors, or for the ultimate quality ClarityCap ESA 250V sets. All components are supplied to 5% tolerance, ClarityCap to 3% tolerance.

The inductors are specially wound SSP High Power Low Loss 16mH versions to 5% tolerance, avoiding the usual saturation issues associated with the AB1.

Each set with Alcap capacitors is supplied complete with a dedicated PCB, Solen and ClarityCap sets come with a 228mm x 118mm non-tracked matrix board for hardwiring, and a schematic. Sold in pairs, 1 set required per pair of LS3/5a’s. Cabinets are not supplied with this kit, but see our LS3/5a SubWoofer Cabinet kit which comes complete with all parts except drivers and spikes.
